Ten Steps Weight Loss Diet

Ten Summer steps to instant weight loss (even if you are not dieting)


There is no need to go on a full-on diet to lose a little weight. A pound or two or more can be lost by simply making a few tiny changes during the summer to lose weight. These are so small you will hardly notice but they are hugely powerful and will in just one week ... make you feel less bloated, slimmer and healthier as well as boosting your confidence, maybe helping you to fit into something that is just that bit tight and best of all ...They will send the dial on the scale down. Try as many of the following as you want to and get results!

1/ Add a linseed (flax seed ) and cider vinegar dressing to your salads in place of your usual dressing. If you are not keen on cider vinegar use a fat free dressing and add the seeds to that instead

2/ Eat fish (without batter ) every day instead of your usual protein and watch how those pounds come off.

3/ Exchange bread for crispbreads

4/ Stop using high fat spreads in sandwhiches, Use spreadable pickle instead or low fat soft cheese or just lots of tomato, lettuce to give moisture to your sandwiches.

5/ Freeze low fat yogurt and add sticks and use in place of ice-cream or other desserts

6/ Replace almost all of your drinks with ice cold water which will speed up the metabolism and detoxify.

7/ Eat wholemeal pasta and rice salads Just cook and add chopped peppers,mushrooms, garlic, lemon juice, onion etc. Try making up big bowls of this and eat in place of high fat options like french fries or use as snacks instead of potato chips/crisps and nuts. If you feel hungry help yourself to a small bowl of these salads straight from the fridge.

8/ Swap dairy to soya in milk, yogurts and any other dairy products. If you are a little dairy intolerant then this will move those pounds rapidly

9/ Fill up with low calorie healthy foods. Ensure you have a huge pantry full of salad vegetables, fruit and beans. Here is a list of the best to start you off : watercress, cucumber,peppers, baby corns, onions,mushrooms, radishes, tomatoes, potatoes, carrots, red cabbage, white cabbage, rocket,celery, pineapple,strawberries, raspberries, bluberries, kiwi,plums,peaches,pears and anything else you enjoy. Add huge amounts to every meal ( more than ever before) and eat smaller amounts of anything else. Ensure you eat the veggies first then follow up with a bowl full of mixed chopped fruit.

10/ Change your breakfast. If you always eat the same breakfast every day... Your metabolism is bored with it ( how can you expect it to move quicker if it is being fed the same old stuff every day) Shock your metabolism into letting go of extra pounds by choosing different foods . Breakfast is easily changed so try that first. Why not add a few small fruits to breakfast too?
